Unlimited Plan Abuse Policy
Our Unlimited Plans are designed and priced for customers with typical calling patterns. We have to consider the average consumer and cannot allow usage that is considered high volume or above average call volume. Businesses, call shops, cyber cafes and telemarketing firms, as well as residential customers, with high volume calling patterns cannot use our services without a special plan designed for business use.
If we notice that you have an above average consumption of minutes, we will ask that you upgrade to a monthly billing plan suitable for your volume use.
We use various methods to monitor plan usage. Those methods include:
◦Time between calls
◦Length of calls
◦Unique numbers called
◦Time of day calls are made
◦Overlapping calls
◦Interval between calls
◦Number of calls per day
◦Other factors used to determine calling habits
Unlimited plans are restricted to be used with only one VN or DID that is registered to one IP address at a time. If you try to use a VN attached to an unlimited plan in more than one location at the same time the plan will be turned off and you will need to contact customer service.
